Joe, at Downtown Pools, is my 'go to guy'. It is nice to have someone reliable in the neighborhood. Last week, I had a... problem with my salt cell control panel. Joe came over at the end of the day on his own time, immediately figured out the problem, and then located the needed replacement parts for me on a product that is no longer manufactured. I have used Downtown Pools for at least 5 yrs now. I have never had any problems with them. They have been... informative and, I believe given me correct advice. I think if people think there Filters are too costly than maybe that is something you can do on your own. I am too busy to do that. They also take care of my pools every week for a fair price. If I have had a concern or issue with pool service they have taken care of it. I like to do business with people who are customer oriented.read more

I have used Downtown Pools for over a year now. They maintain my pool weekly and I am paying what I believe is a fair... price. I have a vintage pool and they have been able to handle repairs quickly and efficiently. I also had them install a salt water conversion. Their repairman/installer Ed is the best and always does a professional job.read more
